The Church Council is composed of elders and deacons nominated by the pastoral staff and confirmed by the church membership. Together with the Pastoral Staff, they are to:

• Watch over the spiritual welfare and accountability of the church
• Oversee the church's development and growth
  
• Direct the church's future cours
